We experienced some technical difficulty 2/3 the way into the webinar. My pen stopped working! I appreciated everyone’s patience. It was a pity I couldn't sketch for the rest of the webinar and needed to resort to using a laser pointer on my already annotated slides. But I hope that you still learned something useful.
